Project Manager – Application Development (AWS)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of application development initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful outcomes across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle project delivery for web and mobile application development.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources across multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, QA and DevOps.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensure sprint delivery and maintain project artefacts.
• Oversee architecture and deployment on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as solutioning, estimations and proposal development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of project management experience with a focus on technical delivery.
• Proven experience in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Strong background in application development (web and/or mobile).
