Regional Head of Finance

About the role

The Regional Head of Finance will lead finance activities across Asia for a multinational manufacturing group. Reporting to the regional business head, this senior leader will act as a strategic partner, driving growth, transformation and financial excellence across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting and budgeting for all Asian operations.
• Partner with regional and site leadership on growth, investment and commercial decisions.
• Oversee cash‑flow, liquidity planning and working‑capital optimisation.
• Ensure robust financial governance, statutory compliance, tax matters and inter‑company processes.
• Provide finance leadership for country‑level and shared corporate functions.
• Support transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and M&A projects.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing regional finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven senior leadership experience within a multinational organisation.
• Strong grounding in financial control, reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Track record of partnering senior stakeholders on commercial and strategic matters.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations and cultures.

Required skills

• Hands‑on exposure to ERP systems.
• Experience with enterprise reporting systems.
