About the role
Apple is looking for a Retail Support Specialist to deliver best‑in‑class post‑sales service for customers who shop online or in Apple retail stores. You will be the main point of contact for order‑related queries, helping to resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve order‑related issues, discrepancies, and escalations.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, retail stores, payment, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Initiate and manage shipping issues in coordination with logistics partners and carriers.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Korean language proficiency is mandatory.

- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with logistics and carrier processes
