Senior Accounting Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

The Senior Accounting Executive will lead the preparation, reconciliation and reporting of client financial records, ensuring full compliance with SFRS/IFRS standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate financial insights and supporting a range of accounting and payroll functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and verify client financial records in line with SFRS/IFRS.
• Prepare profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements within reporting deadlines.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, receivables and ageing reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to uphold financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support GST filings, prepare tax schedules and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll, including statutory calculations, CPF submissions and payslip generation.
• Provide financial insights and serve as the primary contact for client queries and advisory support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a client‑facing or outsourced setting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
