Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the design process from concept to construction documentation. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and client aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and refining design briefs.
• Conduct pre‑design research on regulatory requirements and perform site investigations (RLP, SIP, DIP, etc.).
• Brainstorm concepts, develop initial designs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare detailed design packages for Development Control Submissions, including outline specifications and material recommendations.
• Develop interior, exterior and landscape spaces in detail, enhancing aesthetics and functional feel.
• Translate design intent into construction‑ready drawings and coordinate with the Project Administrator to produce accurate SketchUp models.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction follows the design intent and resolve any design‑related issues.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in architecture, interior architecture or interior design (local or overseas).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
• Passion for architecture and a proactive, conscientious team attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
