Senior Executive – Programme Management

About the role

As a Senior Executive (Programmes) you will help shape IP education in Singapore, leading the design and delivery of training programmes that support innovation and economic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts and clients to plan and deliver impactful training programmes from conception to completion.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant programmes that meet evolving needs.
• Identify, explore and secure new business opportunities and partnerships locally and internationally.
• Collect, analyse and interpret programme and stakeholder data to evaluate impact, track performance and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Contribute to corporate planning and strategic reviews through data‑driven analysis and recommendations.
• Initiate and oversee course development projects by engaging stakeholders, translating insights into programme concepts and working with subject‑matter experts to create content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in an Institute of Higher Learning is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesise data and derive insights.
• Strategic thinking interest in industry ecosystems, trends and the broader impact of training initiatives.
• Proven programme management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and able to lead projects independently or as part of a team.
• Meticulous and responsible working attitude.
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is advantageous.
