Senior Key Account Manager – Mother & Baby, Toys & Games

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Mother & Baby and Toys & Games clusters on Lazada’s platform. You will shape and execute the cluster strategy, drive promotions and ensure a seamless experience for both sellers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support the execution of cluster strategy, promotions and planning.
• Build and manage relationships with supplier and seller partners, negotiating promotions, marketing spend and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Plan and execute campaigns and loyalty programmes aligned with the cluster strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross‑functionally with teams such as the Campaign team to deliver strategic projects that enhance the customer experience.
• Provide insights and ideas to grow key accounts and drive adoption of advertising solutions across sellers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a brand or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of trend comparison and delivering actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable presenting face‑to‑face to clients and thriving in a fast‑paced setting.
• Well‑spoken, organized, meticulous and driven, with a desire to contribute to team performance and culture.
