About the role

Netflix is expanding its ad‑supported plan across Southeast Asia starting in 2027. We are seeking a senior leader to define and execute the advertising sales strategy for the region, based in Singapore. The role will shape market entry, build a high‑performing sales team, and drive revenue growth using Netflix’s unique audience data and premium content.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, growth and ongoing management of new ad‑supported markets in Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia.
  • Define go‑to‑market approaches, build initial pipelines and establish scalable sales processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the advertising sales team across SEA.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency holding groups, agencies and direct clients to secure ad partnerships.
  • Partner with programmatic providers to scale Netflix’s programmatic offering.
  • Collaborate with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, Measurement and Partnership Development teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Leverage audience insights and premium content to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising, including sales, with a proven record of revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success opening and scaling new digital advertising markets or regions.
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem across SEA.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, high‑risk environments and build a business from 0 to 1.
