Senior Media Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Media Designer to lead the creation of on‑brand visual assets across print, digital, social, packaging, web and in‑store touchpoints. The role combines graphic design, video editing and emerging AI‑driven tools to deliver fast, relevant content for marketing campaigns and brand events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral, campaign assets and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Create social‑first static visuals and short‑form videos, ensuring platform suitability and rapid turnaround.
• Edit videos for social media, digital advertising and campaign content, including basic animation or motion graphics.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to generate and enhance creative assets, speeding up ideation and variation.
• Support seasonal campaigns, editorials and brand events with strong visual storytelling across online and offline channels.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms, formats, regions and devices.
• Manage, archive and name design assets according to established filing systems.
• Collaborate with Creative Content, Post‑Production and cross‑functional teams, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in media or graphic design, with a strong portfolio covering digital, social, print and video work.
• Demonstrated ability to produce visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches and in‑store experiences.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage tight deadlines in a high‑volume production setting.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
