Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead supplier identification, evaluation, and development for its aerospace and defense operations in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, quality, reliability, and cost reduction while maintaining system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Procure goods and services from local and overseas sources in compliance with RTX supply‑chain procurement procedures, ethics, global trade, and EH&S requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and implement processes to achieve optimal inventory levels and cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with requestors to define scopes of work, product specifications, and facilitate quotation processes.
• Ensure adherence to RTX Code of Ethics, global trade policies, and environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Complete all required ethics, compliance, and EH&S trainings on schedule.
• Stay informed on technological advances and innovations to improve supply‑chain effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles within aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, ethics, and EH&S compliance.
• Ability to evaluate and develop suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
