Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own product quality end‑to‑end for our hardgoods and electronics. You will work directly with factories across China, Vietnam and Cambodia, drive root‑cause analysis, and ensure every product meets high reliability standards from development through post‑launch.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of post‑launch quality for all hardgoods and electronic products.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues such as connectivity, charging, pairing and device stability.
• Collaborate with factories, design and product teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review technical packs, QC standards and test reports to spot issues early.
• Make go/no‑go decisions before mass production and hold suppliers accountable for quality gaps.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Product Engineering within ecommerce companies (revenues $20‑100 M).
• Hands‑on experience with mass‑produced consumer hardware and post‑launch quality management.
• Proven track record of working directly with Asian factories and driving supplier accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to balance speed, cost and quality.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin required for supplier communication.
