Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios for advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mimic real consulting work for AI agents.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable automated assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with working independently in a remote, freelance setting.
