Senior/Intermediate FF&E Designer – Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are seeking a talented FF&E Designer to lead the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) process across all design phases for hospitality projects. You will work closely with the design team to translate concepts into detailed specifications, sourcing, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FF&E from concept through design development, sourcing, sample boards, and specification schedules.
• Collaborate with design teams on furniture layouts, 2D/3D renderings, and material presentations.
• Prepare full sets of FF&E specifications for tender and construction drawings.
• Review shop drawings, attend site and factory inspections, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor junior FF&E designers, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of FF&E experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong creative and artistic sense with awareness of global design trends.
• Ability to interpret specifications, layouts, and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
