Service Attendant

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Service Attendant, delivering friendly and excellent food & beverage service to guests in a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests with a professional attitude.
• Assist team members with restaurant preparation, set‑up, and ensure all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before service.
• Respond to guest requests, conduct suggestive up‑selling, and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu.
• Manage telephone and email reservation enquiries for the restaurant.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in guest service or guest contact roles, preferably within hospitality.
• Possess a food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
