Sneaker Designer – Women’s Footwear Collections

About the role

We are looking for a creative Sneaker Designer to lead the development of seasonal women’s sneaker collections. The role combines trend research, concept creation, and hands‑on product development to bring fresh, market‑aligned designs from idea to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop women’s sneaker collections that reflect brand direction and current market trends.
• Create sneaker concepts, colourways, and detailed product specifications from initial sketch to final launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product development, sourcing, and marketing—to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date on sneaker materials, construction techniques, and emerging trends to enhance product quality.
• Apply technical knowledge of sneaker construction to inform design decisions and optimise performance.
• Analyse seasonal performance data and consumer insights to shape future collections.
• Manage design timelines, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities.
• Support additional creative projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record with a strong portfolio focused on sneaker design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market demands.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and delegation abilities.
• Pro‑active, multitasking, and able to prioritise effectively.
• Team‑player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Confidence in sketching both digitally and by hand.
