About the role

Avyan is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead the end‑to‑end social presence of key healthcare brands for a pharmaceutical client in Singapore. You will craft culturally relevant strategies, produce engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, and drive meaningful community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign priorities and audience needs.
• Create monthly content calendars and produce culturally resonant posts for Facebook and Instagram.
• Schedule, publish and continuously optimise content across platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely responses.
• Monitor online conversations, sentiment and emerging trends to identify opportunities.
• Identify local moments, cultural conversations and trends relevant to Singapore audiences.
• Collaborate with clients, creative and media teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Support influencer planning, coordination and content amplification.
• Analyse performance data, report on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, platform policies and healthcare/pharma regulations, escalating any adverse events or product complaints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for major brands.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore culture, social trends and consumer behaviours.
• Proven ability to build and execute social strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with medical, legal or regulatory approval processes is a strong advantage.
