About the role
The Solutions Consultant will drive gross sales by partnering with customers throughout the sales cycle, leveraging Thomson Reuters’ indirect tax and e‑invoicing portfolio. Based in Singapore, you will act as a technology advocate, helping the SEA sales team qualify, scope and win strategic deals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide solution and product expertise for ONESOURCE Determination, Compliance and Pagero e‑invoicing during sales engagements.
- Analyse customer requirements, craft proposals and differentiate Thomson Reuters’ offerings from competitors.
- Deliver product demonstrations that showcase functionality and value.
- Respond quickly to new leads, manage opportunities in Salesforce and progress deals to meet or exceed gross‑sales quotas.
- Stay current on indirect‑tax regulations, policy changes and market trends to maintain thought leadership.
- Act as a customer advocate in complex renewals, retention scenarios and deal closures.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience supporting solutions, preferably in indirect tax or e‑invoicing.
- Strong client‑facing abilities with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of influencing sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to translate technical product features into business benefits for customers.
- Self‑motivated, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for opportunity management.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE and Pagero e‑invoicing solutions.
