Sr Customer Training Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Customer Training Specialist within AspenTech's Customer Success organization, you will coordinate and administer training classes for the APAC region. You will ensure a seamless learning experience for students while supporting the company’s growth in training services.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage training classes, including logistics, facilities, catering, and material delivery.
• Maintain accurate training class and student registration data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to address training inquiries and ensure proper invoicing.
• Prepare class status reports and proposals for selling training sessions.
• Invoice students promptly and accurately.
• Interact directly with customers via chat, phone, and in‑person at the Singapore training facility.
• Participate in business improvement projects and other assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced high‑tech environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written); additional Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• University degree preferred, especially in business or marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
