Team Leader – Enterprise Banking (Healthcare, Education & Essential Services)

About the role

OCBC is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to head its Enterprise Banking Services team focused on the healthcare, education and essential services sectors. You will guide a group of Relationship Managers, shape portfolio strategy and deliver integrated financial solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers covering mid‑to‑large corporate clients in the targeted sectors.
• Own portfolio P&L, ensuring balanced growth, returns and risk management.
• Structure and review credit proposals using rigorous cash‑flow analysis.
• Identify and cross‑sell financing, structured, M&A and treasury solutions.
• Deepen client relationships through value‑led advisory and senior‑level engagement.
• Collaborate with product partners such as Global Markets, Cash, Trade and Investment Banking to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Represent the bank at key client and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Relationship Managers in enterprise banking.
• Strong track record of managing portfolio profitability and credit quality.
• Deep insight into healthcare, education or essential services industries.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to conduct cash‑flow based credit analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, collaborate across functions and drive fee and cross‑sell growth.
