Technical Project Manager – Cloud Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Technical Project Manager – Cloud Transformation to lead cloud adoption initiatives across the APAC region. The role will translate our global cloud strategy into actionable regional plans and work closely with cross‑functional teams to modernise infrastructure and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global cloud strategy into regional implementation plans across APAC.
• Assess infrastructure, applications, and platform capabilities to identify cloud adoption opportunities.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives and reusable implementation approaches.
• Partner with DevSecOps teams to track DORA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cloud adoption workstreams across multiple countries.
• Drive planning, governance, dependency management, risk tracking, and execution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, platform engineering, architecture, and DevSecOps teams.
• Align cloud adoption initiatives with existing technology refresh budgets and ROI goals.
• Support financial analysis, budget tracking, and investment planning using Excel.
• Identify cost‑effective modernization opportunities across the regional portfolio.
• Prepare presentations and governance updates for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Communicate technical concepts in a structured and business‑friendly manner.
• Engage confidently with regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical project or program delivery.
• Strong background in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, platform engineering, or enterprise technology programmes.
• Good understanding of cloud adoption, migration, automation, DevSecOps, and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience working with regional/global teams and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
