Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and engineering teams to ensure that contract deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget. This role combines hands‑on technical troubleshooting with coordination of site installations, system integrations and subcontractor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report progress of software development and on‑site installation activities.
• Host and manage project meetings, preparing updates and presentations.
• Perform system setup, database configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Support Windows and Linux IT infrastructure environments.
• Assist with installation, debugging and on‑site troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Provide network switch knowledge and support network device design.
• Manage SQL databases using SQL Server Management Studio, including table management and queries.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, documentation and compliance.
• Conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions and guide site engineers.
• Support cybersecurity fundamentals, vulnerability assessment and mitigation.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of system‑related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
