Telesales Representative – Finance Services (Remote)

About the role

Willia Estate is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join its finance services team. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will engage potential clients through outbound calls, promote finance‑related solutions, and help generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Promote and clearly explain finance‑related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to close or advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes.
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (mandatory).
• Prior experience in sales‑based calling roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable handling rejection and high‑volume calling.
• Goal‑driven and performance‑oriented mindset.
