About the role
We are seeking a Visual Growth Designer who blends design expertise with a data‑driven mindset to boost revenue, conversion and customer decisions. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Growth & Retention, you will create high‑impact visuals that power fast‑moving campaigns across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities
- Design conversion‑focused assets for menu boards, in‑store posters, delivery platforms, social media ads, CRM/voucher campaigns, mall marketing, e‑commerce sites and website banners.
- Apply menu engineering principles to highlight high‑margin items, improve product visibility and drive upsell and bundle opportunities.
- Support rapid campaign execution with fast turnaround, consistent branding and operational readiness across several brands.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, menu‑mix shift, voucher conversion and platform KPIs, conducting A/B tests and optimizing layouts, CTAs and visual hierarchy.
- Develop AI‑assisted workflows or agents (e.g., auto‑resize, AI‑generated menus, creative variation testing) to increase design efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing for retail, food‑service or e‑commerce environments with a focus on conversion.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to iterate and improve visual performance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand setting and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative attitude, working closely with Delivery, CRM, Growth and Content leads.
Required skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analytics (CTR, conversion rates).
- Familiarity with AI design tools or workflow automation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL‑E, Zapier).
- Understanding of menu engineering and visual hierarchy principles.
