Workplace Programs Manager

About the role

Google is seeking a Workplace Programs Manager for the APAC region to lead the planning and delivery of food, health, performance, and event management programs across multiple countries. The role holds regional accountability for program outcomes while coordinating a large vendor workforce at the country level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational delivery of multi‑location vendor services for events, hospitality, fitness, and food & beverage.
• Develop and align strategic service plans with global objectives and regional growth priorities.
• Oversee budget allocation across countries, ensuring ROI relevance and cost efficiency.
• Govern industry‑leading services through a structured vendor framework, integrating regional nuances.
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, mitigate risks, and maintain operational resilience.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from conception to delivery, handling change management and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of program management experience in workplace or facilities environments, with a focus on event management, hospitality, fitness, or corporate services.
• Proven experience in scaled commercial management, contract ownership, and CapEx/OpEx oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and align programs with strategic goals.
• Strong change‑management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
