Workplace Safety & Facilities Officer

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for an experienced and proactive Workplace Safety & Facilities Officer to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment across its office, retail, and service centre locations. You will be the primary point of contact for all safety and facilities matters, working closely with employees, contractors, vendors, and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, implement and continuously improve the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management system, ensuring compliance with the WSH Act, Porsche standards and relevant codes of practice.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification across all operational areas.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near‑misses and unsafe acts, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate WSH documentation, certifications, permits, training records and safety reports for audit readiness.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver safety training, toolbox meetings and inductions to raise safety awareness.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, including repairs, to keep facilities operational.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of facilities services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace safety and facilities management, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act and related regulations.
• Ability to engage and influence employees, contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
