职位概况

为新加坡私人有限公司提供挂名董事服务，负责法律合规及公司法定文件的签署与提交，工作以远程方式为主。

主要职责

依据新加坡《公司法》担任挂名董事，履行法定义务。
提供并核验 KYC 资料，包括 NRIC 正反面、手持证件照等。
审阅并签署公司设立及变更文件，支持电子签名。
协助 CorpPass 账户注册、管理员授权及线上申报。
配合完成年度申报、董事/股东信息变更等法定事项。

任职要求

新加坡公民或永久居民身份。
符合新加坡《公司法》对董事的任职资格。
持有有效的 Singpass 账户，能够熟练使用 CorpPass。
具备良好的沟通及时性和职业素养，配合度高。
