About the role
The Admin Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling day‑to‑day office tasks, coordinating shipments, and maintaining facilities and stock.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including office improvements, facilities upkeep, and housekeeping.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and liaise with suppliers.
- Manage office stationery and supplies inventory.
- Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including packing and checking goods when required.
- Assist with stock‑take activities and organize stock items.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- GCE ‘N’ Level or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on attitude for packing, checking, and organizing stock.
- Responsible, independent, and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
