APAC Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will be based in Singapore and report to the APAC Finance Director – Media & PMX. Acting as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team, the role drives finance initiatives with a strong focus on growth and end‑to‑end financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth discussions with PMX regional leadership, local market stakeholders and client leaders.
• Develop and oversee pricing strategy for new business pitches.
• Partner with business unit leaders to create annual plans aligned with organisational targets.
• Collaborate with FP&A on monthly forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Oversee billing, payment processes and client commercial governance.
• Support month‑end close, transaction activities and cash‑flow management.
• Strengthen financial controls, compliance and best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance or accounting within a media, advertising or similar fast‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
