Brand & Business Management Internship

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands' dynamic brand transformation journey as a Business Management Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting signature campaigns and day‑to‑day projects across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business management support to various portfolios and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategise, develop and execute through‑the‑line marketing and communication campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Evaluate artwork, manage revisions and follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Track project status, ensure timely delivery and report progress to the Assistant Manager.
• Develop and adhere to project timelines from concept to final artwork.
• Coordinate with Creative Services, Production Director and media owners to secure on‑time delivery of visual assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to adapt branding materials for Chinese and English audiences is advantageous.
• Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and results‑oriented.
