Brand Experience Trainer

About the role

As a Brand Experience Trainer you will lead learning and development initiatives that empower Bacha Coffee employees and partners to become passionate brand ambassadors. You will deliver high‑quality workshops, support corporate sales training, and represent the brand at public events.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all workshops and training programs outlined in the Bacha Coffee learning curriculum.
• Follow guidance from the Senior Brand Experience Trainer and incorporate feedback to maintain training standards.
• Deliver training to corporate sales partners at the same level as the Coffee Institute sessions.
• Manage multiple training activities simultaneously, prioritising tasks across the Coffee Institute and corporate partners.
• Evaluate participant competencies using the prescribed assessment tools.
• Monitor and uphold the quality of training delivery across Singapore and subsidiary locations.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt training delivery based on senior trainer feedback.
• Strong facilitation skills with a professional presentation style.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation capabilities.
• Willingness to act as a brand ambassador at openings, product launches, and other public events.
