Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

TabSquare is looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer to steer the technical direction of its AI‑powered restaurant platform across APAC markets. You will lead a team of roughly 100 engineers, shaping both what we build and how we build it.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic roadmap that transforms product offerings into a robust, API‑first, micro‑services platform.
• Build scalable engineering foundations to support rapid product growth and expansion into new F&B tech solutions and geographies.
• Translate high‑level business goals into actionable OKRs/KPIs and make critical build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to ensure technology drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and platform modernization.
• Maintain platform reliability with 99.9% uptime, strong data security, and high‑performance architecture for over 7,000 restaurants.
• Introduce disciplined processes to manage technical debt while preserving delivery velocity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large engineering organizations in fast‑growing technology companies.
• Strong ability to bridge strategic business objectives with technical execution.
• Track record of building scalable, secure, and highly available platforms.
