Club Concierge – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Club Concierge provides premium service to guests in the Executive Lounge, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, safety, and seamless operations throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating, service quality, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and equipment; perform dishwashing as needed.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware, supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including requisitioning and transporting supplies.
• Secure liquor, wine, and storage areas; document activities in the department logbook.
• Forecast additional meal requirements and relay special requests to the kitchen.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and handle telephone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Support team goals, comply with quality standards, and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
