Concierge – Front Office

About the role

The Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at COMO Metropolitan Singapore. Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will deliver prompt, professional service and provide accurate information about the hotel and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest queries and requests courteously and efficiently.
• Manage luggage movements, including temporary storage, long‑term storage, and lost baggage.
• Maintain high product knowledge of the hotel facilities and the Singapore area, including events, tours, and excursions.
• Provide door service and manage traffic flow in the hotel driveway.
• Arrange taxi services and assist with airport transfers.
• Follow Front Office systems, procedures, and company policies.
• Apply emergency procedures and resolve problems professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of Front Office or Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s tourist destinations, tours, and excursions.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
