Content Designer – Culture & Storytelling (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving, collaborative Content Production team to shape how organisational culture is communicated and experienced across Global Monetization. You will design engaging multimedia experiences that bring culture to life for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop content that clearly conveys organisational culture, values and initiatives.
• Translate internal messaging into human‑centered narratives across all communication channels.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit video stories, including interviews, event highlights and leadership messages.
• Produce multimedia assets such as visuals, graphics and motion content.
• Manage end‑to‑end production from pre‑production planning to post‑production delivery and optimise content for different platforms.
• Partner with HR, stakeholders and external vendors to execute culture‑building initiatives.
• Stay current on content and cultural trends to keep formats fresh.

Required profile

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience using video production and editing tools such as Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
• Creative storyteller with a hands‑on attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
