Creative Design Senior Manager – Luxury Beauty

About the role
We are building an internal creative studio for SK‑II, a heritage luxury beauty brand. As a Creative Design Senior Manager you will shape brand films, packaging, retail environments, digital experiences, product launches and immersive activations.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Global Creative Director and collaborate with a small, cross‑functional team of makers, writers and designers.
- Develop and execute high‑impact creative work across film, packaging, retail, digital and experiential formats.
- Make decisions in‑room with real budgets, ensuring the brand’s point of view is consistently championed.
- Focus on producing outstanding work rather than managing lengthy presentation decks.
Required profile
- A portfolio that spans design and advertising, demonstrating exceptional craft.
- Broad cultural curiosity – art, technology, music, material culture, etc.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations without a detailed brief.
- Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration or Animation.
- 3‑5 years of experience in film production or visualisation departments, preferably within luxury or beauty.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
- AI‑based design tools such as Weavy, Flora or Comfy UI.
- Basic 3D modelling knowledge (Blender, Zbrush, Cinema4D).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, colour theory and composition.
