Cybersecurity & IT Operations Manager

About the role

Cariflex is seeking a vigilant Cybersecurity & IT Operations Manager to protect and optimise its IT landscape. The role combines IT security governance with operational management of infrastructure, focusing on SAP and related manufacturing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IT controls to ensure integrity, availability and security of systems.
• Establish and enforce IT governance aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Manage outsourcing partners, contracts and billing for IT infrastructure services.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, digitalisation initiatives and new property technology implementations.
• Document IT operations procedures, oversee patching, capacity and performance management, and manage the IT budget.
• Support IT audit activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain ITGC control frameworks and testing procedures for SAP and the broader infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in IT security, compliance management or IT operations, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAP or Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ‑500) are advantageous.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing security policies and compliance frameworks.
