Engineering Headhunter – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Headhunter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for built environment, real estate and global assets projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring the right talent matches the right opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, project specifics and market conditions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates via job portals, databases and networking.
• Conduct interviews and provide career advice to ensure strong role fit.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop new business through market mapping, cold outreach and referrals.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends and talent availability.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the internal system.
• Deliver high‑quality service with timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or client‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
