About the role
Gensler is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Leader to drive full‑cycle recruitment for senior and strategic leadership positions worldwide. You will partner closely with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and regional leadership teams to attract top‑tier talent.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit senior‑level candidates for critical global leadership roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, professional organizations, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Manage confidential searches in partnership with local Talent Acquisition and executive stakeholders, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes, from role opening in Workday/Avature to offer negotiation and closure.
- Provide regular reporting, metrics, and market insights to business leaders.
- Advise senior leadership on talent strategies, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
- Support EEO, OFCCP, and ATS audit activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 15+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably within architecture, design, or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential, high‑impact searches with discretion.
- Strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
