About the role
The Global HR Business Partner leads the worldwide HR Business Partner function for a market‑leading technology and financial services organisation. Reporting to the CHRO, this senior role partners with executive leaders across APAC, EMEA and the US to align people strategies with business objectives for a workforce of about 1,000 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a global HR Business Partner team, ensuring consistent strategic HR support across regions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people and organisational strategies.
- Advise on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive enterprise‑wide change programmes, including transformation, restructuring and integration initiatives.
- Provide guidance on complex employee‑relations matters while ensuring compliance and risk management across jurisdictions.
- Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to inform decisions, measure impact and support business outcomes.
- Promote a high‑performance, inclusive culture through coaching, mentoring and capability development within the HR function.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading global HR teams in large multinational or fast‑growing technology/fintech organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on when required.
