About the role

The Global Sales Excellence Lead will own the design and delivery of sales‑excellence initiatives across NTI Nanofilm’s worldwide business units. Reporting to the Director of Sales Excellence, the role focuses on building a commercial engineering capability, standardising processes, and driving data‑led decisions to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, launch and continuously refresh the Group Sales Excellence roadmap, covering capability building, process optimisation, pricing and selling tools.
  • Lead execution of Sales Excellence initiatives across Business Units, ensuring consistent adoption and measurable impact.
  • Develop a global CRM roadmap and implementation plan, aligning internal needs with external best practices.
  • Manage CRM implementation projects from planning through customisation, testing, deployment and training.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to capture unmet needs, translate them into user stories and drive system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user roles, test scripts, user guides and training materials.
  • Act as the primary trainer and system administrator for the CRM platform.
  • Conduct sales data analytics to monitor customer behaviour, campaign performance and strategy execution.
  • Support additional business‑driven tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, Data Science, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales‑excellence programmes, CRM implementation and sales analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders across multiple regions (Asia and Europe).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
