Graphic & Creative Designer – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Working closely with the NoMad Singapore Marketing & Brand team, the Graphic & Creative Designer creates high‑quality visual assets that reinforce the hotel’s luxury lifestyle brand across digital, social, email and print channels. The role supports marketing, communications and operational teams by delivering compelling design, motion, photography and video content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital, social media, email, web and print platforms.
• Develop marketing collateral such as posters, menus, banners, invitations, presentations and promotional materials.
• Support F&B, rooms, events and commercial teams with tailored visual solutions.
• Translate campaign concepts into on‑brand design executions and ensure alignment with the hotel’s luxury visual identity.
• Create motion graphics, animations and short‑form digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with video editing, post‑production and the creation of web banners and emailers.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high‑quality photography and video for hotel marketing and branding.
• Maintain brand guidelines, manage brand collateral, templates and design assets.
• Organise and archive the digital asset library, ensuring files are accessible and version‑controlled.
• Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to deliver consistent visual communication.
