Graphic Design Project Intern – Organization Culture

About the role

Join ByteDance’s Employer Branding team as a Graphic Design Project Intern. You will work on short‑term projects that bring the company’s employer brand to life through visual storytelling, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design posters, illustrations, and motion‑graphic assets for recruitment and branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategists and designers to develop concepts and visual demos.
• Edit and assemble visual assets using digital manipulation, AI‑generated content, and other techniques.
• Organise project files and workflows to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging graphic‑design trends and tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Graphic Design or related program.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and ability to take direction in a team setting.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Passion for learning and willingness to tackle new challenges.
