About the role

This part‑time hybrid position based in Singapore supports community health initiatives and event safety. The Healthcare Specialist provides on‑site medical services, delivers emergency care when required, and conducts training sessions for staff and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct healthcare services and emergency medical assistance during community events.
• Support broader medical initiatives and health‑safety programs.
• Design and deliver training sessions on healthcare practices for team members.
• Collaborate with community members and event teams to ensure consistent health and safety standards.
• Organise and manage healthcare logistics for on‑site events, both in‑person and remotely.

Required profile

• Hands‑on medical knowledge with EMT experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience training and educating others on healthcare procedures.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to manage responsibilities across in‑person and remote settings.
• Certification in emergency medical care or equivalent is an advantage.
