High Clienteling Senior Manager – Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

The High Clienteling Senior Manager will drive top‑client acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across Singapore and Malaysia for Guerlain. You will own the pipeline of ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) and very important client (VIC) prospects, turning them into long‑term, high‑value relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of top clients, ensuring consistent conversion and revenue growth.
• Design and execute high‑impact client activations, including boutique events, out‑of‑home experiences and partner collaborations.
• Identify, curate and close exceptional pieces and bespoke sales through personalised storytelling.
• Develop and activate strategic partnerships that generate qualified leads and align with Guerlain’s positioning.
• Collaborate closely with retail teams to elevate engagement and conversion of top clients.
• Monitor client performance, provide insights and optimise engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of clienteling, CRM and business‑development experience in luxury goods or retail.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and closing high‑value transactions with UHNW or VIC clientele.
• Experience in partnerships, business development or private‑client management within luxury or banking sectors.
