Junior Captain / Captain – Fine Dining Service

About the role

The Junior Captain / Captain joins the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, supporting the Jiang‑Nan Chun & One‑Ninety Restaurant. You will help create refined, intuitive, and memorable dining experiences for guests, embodying the Four Seasons standard of quality, professionalism, and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless dining service, guiding guests through menu selections, beverage pairings, and daily specials.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs proactively, ensuring personalised and effortless interactions.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain precision, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality throughout service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and attention to detail to uphold Four Seasons service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service‑focused hospitality role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, luxury dining environment.
