Manager, Procurement (Contracts and Tender)

About the role

Knight Frank is seeking a Manager, Procurement (Contracts and Tender) to lead strategic sourcing and commercial value across its Facilities Management services and projects. The role goes beyond day‑to‑day purchasing, partnering with internal teams to optimise costs, improve supplier performance and deliver measurable procurement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across categories, including category planning, spend analysis and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective procurement solutions for FM services and projects.
• Build and manage strong supplier and vendor relationships, covering evaluation, onboarding, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements that directly support business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably within facilities management or real‑estate environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering commercial value.
