Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead high‑volume production testing for advanced compute and networking devices. The role focuses on System Level Testing (SLT) and Final Test (FT) activities, ensuring product yield and quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise FT and SLT volume production test operations on high‑end hardware.
• Operate Advantest 93000 testers, Hontech and Chroma handlers, and Teradyne v93k platforms.
• Diagnose, analyze, and root‑cause yield issues arising from hardware or test programs.
• Perform data‑driven test solution optimization and value‑engineering initiatives.
• Maintain and analyze yield data, including FT/SLT Maverick hold lot disposition.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve test processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FT and SLT volume production testing, preferably on high‑end compute/networking devices.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills with a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in OSAT environments such as ASE, JCET or UTAC is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (SPR & citizen status required).
