Offshore Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role

We are expanding a leading international bank’s Global Wealth team in Singapore and are looking for Offshore Relationship Managers to serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across the Malaysia and Greater China markets. The role is based at Marina Bay Financial Centre and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients by leveraging existing networks.
• Drive assets under management (AUM) inflows through client acquisition and cross‑selling.
• Provide tailored wealth solutions covering investments, treasury & FX, insurance, and lending.
• Collaborate with investment advisors and product specialists to deliver integrated proposals.
• Manage pipelines, convert leads, and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify cross‑border opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong existing HNW/UHNW client base in Malaysia, China/Hong Kong/Taiwan, or Indonesia.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset with a willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of investment products (equities, funds, structured products).
• Understanding of treasury, foreign exchange, insurance, and financing solutions.
