About the role

Mercor is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support AI research projects on a short‑term contract. You will work fully remotely, managing deliverables and troubleshooting domain‑specific challenges while collaborating with a global team of experts.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common requests within your professional domain.
• Review peer‑developed deliverables to improve AI research outcomes.
• Diagnose and solve real issues to advance machine‑learning systems.
• Contribute domain expertise independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Manage your own schedule with flexible hours, committing 30–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Immediate availability to start.
