About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is looking for passionate Personal Trainers to join its Singapore team. You will deliver world‑class, data‑driven training using the proprietary UP Method, helping clients achieve measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one personal training sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
• Apply the UP Method to design and adjust training programs based on data and scientific principles.
• Act as a trusted coach and partner throughout the client’s transformation journey.
• Track client progress and provide feedback to ensure measurable results.
• Participate in UP’s onboarding, mentoring and continuous development programmes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
• A recognised Personal Training qualification or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in Singapore (permanent residency or citizenship).
• Genuine passion for transforming lives.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
